I bought a condominium through Graydon Hill Realty in January 2007. I was a first time buyer, researched prospective properties in detail, and tended to ask a lot of questions.
I was very fortunate to work with Kathi. She was friendly, professional and supportive at all times. She pointed out the positive aspects of all the condos we visited and answered all of my questions but did not try to pressure me to make a final decision. Over the years we have bought and sold a number of properties. Each time we have used the services of a professional realtor. The service we experienced ran from unacceptable to, at best, barely satisfactory.

In April (2006) we decided to put our condominium at 255 Richmond East on the market. With little in the way of expectations we listed with a realtor working in the building. So, you can imagine our surprise and delight when we contracted with Gail Yee and Kathi Oliver of Graydon Hill Realty. Both agents are knowledgeable, personable, very efficient and always helpful.
