FINANCING PROGRAM
Criteria
- The complex management may have to complete a questionnaire and return it to us with a copy of their most recent Financial Statement.
- Citizens Bank Solicitor must approve the Co-Ops or Co-ownership's Financial Statements.
- When making an Offer to Purchase, please allow a minimum of 5 business days to arrange financing.
- The applicants must have a minimum down payment of 35%
- Applicants must take a term of no less than 3 years.
- Minimum loan amount is $50,000.00
- All units must be owner occupied-No Rentals.
- Applicant's must use one of three Lawyer listed below to register the loan. Please note, applicants are to arrange cost of legal fees directly with solicitor.
